Before completing your purchase, you will be presented with available delivery options along with estimated delivery times based on your shipping address.
Warisan currently ships to Singapore and Malaysia.
Orders within Singapore are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, while deliveries to Malaysia generally take 6–12 business days. In some instances, your order may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe.
While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to postal or carrier services, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.
Where possible, we will keep you informed and provide tracking so you may follow the progress of your shipment.
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, kindly contact us within 14 days from the expected delivery date, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Return & Refund Policy
At Warisan, we take great care in preparing each piece and hope that you are pleased with your purchase. Should you require a return, we will gladly accept unworn and unaltered merchandise within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To begin a return, kindly complete the form provided with your name, order number, contact number, and email address. Once submitted, our team will be in touch with further instructions. Requests made after the 14-day return period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact, and carefully packaged to protect the garment during transit. Accessories and sale items are not eligible for refund.
Warisan reserves the right to decline any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Items that do not comply with our return policy will be returned to the sender.
